Interagency Efforts Lead to Arrest of Franklin Parish Man
Monroe – On September 15, 2026, Louisiana State Police Troop F was requested by the Franklin Parish Sheriff’s Office to assist in the locating and capturing of 61-year-old Frank Gonzales of Franklin Parish for active felony and misdemeanor warrants.
Through investigative means, Troopers, with the assistance of Detectives within the Criminal Investigation Division, Monroe Field Office, obtained information indicating Gonzales was temporarily residing in the Monroe area. On September 17, 2026, Troopers and Detectives arrested Gonzales without incident and booked him into the Ouachita Correctional Center on the following charges:
• 14:35.3 Domestic abuse battery (Felony)
• 14:56 Simple criminal damage to property (Misdemeanor)
• 14:37.2 Aggravated assault on a peace officer (Felony)
• 14:108 Resisting an officer (Misdemeanor)
• 14:130.1 Obstruction of justice (Felony)
• 14:122 Public intimidation and retaliation (Felony)
